Thanks Steve! I read this book many years ago. After hearing that this book is one of the things that inspired Ghandi, I had to read it.

I’d also recommend Tolstoy’s “Gospel in Brief”. It’s an translation/consolidation of the 4 Gospels into one volume. I would read it with a grain of salt given what it is, but I found it to be an insight into the mind of Tolstoy.

I really hope you enjoy this, Steve. I read Tolstoy’s “Kingdom of God” several years ago and loved it. I would up giving my copy away to the lead singer of The Violet Burning after they played a show at the Well. I recently re-purchased it and was blown away all over again!
