Rock Priest On the Blog Wednesday
My old friend David Pierce (a.k.a. “Rock Priest”) is doing a blog mini-tour this week. He kicked things off last Wednesday over at Andrew Jones’ TallSkinnyKiwi blog, and then continued the conversation with Luis Batista on Saturday (see also in Portuguese). He’ll be here on Wednesday answering a few of my questions, as well.
For those who don’t know David and/or Steiger International and/or No Longer Music, check out this video for a taste of what it’s all about:
Becky and I toured with NLM on the “Passion (an Act of)” tour in 1996, and we worked with Steiger until 1998. I later served on the board of Steiger International. I’m glad to still call David and the Pierce family friends.
I might get out some old pics from our Steiger days and scan them into the computer so I can post them with the interview with David on Wednesday. You won’t want to miss that!
“When God looks around to find someone to fulfill a tough assignment and there’s nobody radical enough to do it, he calls on David Pierce.â€
